Heritage Recipe Craft Beers
The Cheshire Brewhouse crafted its first heritage recipe beer in 2014. These beers are made to authentic heritage recipes and are quite unique.
Shane, our Head Brewer was part of a very limited program with access to early batches of historically popular, long lost Barley varieties. Tasked with helping to discover whether brewing with these small test-batches of reintroduced heritage Barley varieties would be commercially viable, we think the results speak for themselves. Shane spent countless hours researching original recipes and methods to bring a long-lost taste of the past back to life.
